Life Science Access Academy thrilled by success of its Sustainability Conference

Sustainability conference[03/07/2023] Life Science Access Academy, a leading organisation in promoting education and innovation in the life sciences, successfully staged its first face-to-face conference, “Sustainability in Healthcare Made Simple”, on 29 June 2023. The event brought together industry leaders, sustainability experts and healthcare professionals to explore the intersection of sustainability and healthcare.

The objective of the event was to raise awareness about the critical role of sustainability in the healthcare sector and to facilitate dialogue on practical solutions and strategies. With a focus on simplifying the concept, Life Science Access Academy aimed to empower participants with actionable insights and best practices for integrating sustainability into their healthcare practices.

Throughout the day, attendees from across the pharma and medtech sector engaged in thought-provoking panel discussions and informative presentations. Topics covered included eco-friendly practices in hospitals, sustainable supply chain management, waste reduction strategies and the integration of renewable energy sources. Attendees at the day-long event were able to network with fellow professionals, fostering valuable connections and collaborations.
