In this 60-minute masterclass, Denise Blanchard, experienced coach and Insights Discovery® practitioner, will guide you through the communication techniques, mindset shifts and relational awareness that elevate your everyday discussions with HCPs.

We will unpack what gets in the way of deeper dialogue, how to recognise and adapt to different communication styles, and how to ask better questions that generate richer, more actionable insight.
