Medical Science Liaisons are expected to gather insights, build trust, and influence strategyall in increasingly fast-paced, high-pressure environments. But insightful conversations rarely happen by accident. They require intention, skill and the confidence to explore what matters most. 

In this 60-minute masterclass, Denise Blanchard, experienced coach and Insights Discovery® practitioner, will guide you through the communication techniques, mindset shifts and relational awareness that elevate your everyday discussions with HCPs. 

We will unpack what gets in the way of deeper dialogue, how to recognise and adapt to different communication styles, and how to ask better questions that generate richer, more actionable insight. Whether you are engaging in clinical discussions, uncovering unmet needs, or feeding intelligence back into your organisation, this session will help you show up with clarity, empathy and purpose.
