An Insights Discovery Masterclass

Friday 22nd May 2026 13:00 - 14:00 (BST)

Unlock self-awareness and improve the relationships that shape your working life

Masterclass Details:

Insights Discovery is designed to help people understand themselves, understand others and make the most of the relationships that influence their working lives.

In this engaging 60-minute masterclass, Denise Blanchard, an experienced development coach and Insights Practitioner, introduces the Insights Discovery framework and explains how it supports meaningful self-awareness.

Using a simple and memorable four-colour model, Insights Discovery helps people recognise their behavioural preferences, strengths and the value they bring to their team. These colour energies – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue – combine in unique ways to shape how and why individuals think, communicate and behave.

Join live to ask your questions, explore your own colour energies and gain practical insight you can apply immediately in your working relationships.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand your own behavioural preferences and how they influence the way you work
  • Gain an introduction to the Insights Discovery four-colour model
  • Learn how to adapt your behaviour to build stronger connections with others
  • Improve communication by recognising and responding to different behavioural styles
