Thursday 23rd April 2026 13:00 - 14:00 (BST)

Build the confidence and capability to reach the right customers at the right time

Masterclass Details:

Customer access has become one of the biggest challenges facing MSLs. NHS customers are time-poor, increasingly selective and working under ongoing operational pressure. As a result, traditional engagement techniques often fall flat, leaving many MSLs struggling to secure conversations that create value.

In this 60-minute masterclass, Ian Chamberlain, Director and Founder of the Life Science Access Academy, will share practical strategies to help MSLs improve their access approach. Drawing on his extensive experience in customer communication, he will explain how to plan outreach more effectively, how to approach different NHS roles and how to create messages that cut through without feeling pushy.

Ian will also explore mindset, preparation and follow-up techniques that help MSLs build confidence and consistency in their engagement, making access more repeatable and more sustainable over time.

Join live to ask questions, test your approach and learn real-world techniques that will help you secure more conversations with the right customers.
