How to Be an Effective Woman in a Workplace Designed by Men

Tuesday 10th March 2026 13:00 - 14:00 (GMT)

Learn how to lead, succeed and thrive using feminine power in a masculine world

Masterclass Details:

Modern workplaces were not designed with women’s strengths in mind. The systems, expectations and rhythms of work often reward masculine patterns of action, competition and control. For many women this can lead to stress, exhaustion and a quiet sense of not quite fitting in.

In this 60-minute masterclass, women’s empowerment coach, Beverley McCluskey, shares how to thrive and lead effectively as a woman in today’s masculine work environment. She introduces the concept of Soft Power, a sustainable and feminine approach to success that allows women to lead authentically and with impact.

Drawing on the Powertypes™ framework developed by Dr Joanna Martin, Beverley will show how five feminine archetypes – the Warrioress, the Lover, the Mother, the Sorceress and the Queen – can be used to navigate pressure, influence outcomes and create lasting change without losing energy or authenticity.

Join live to connect with other professional women, ask questions directly and experience first-hand how Soft Power techniques can transform the way you work, lead and live.
